Diversity Recruitment Resources
FSU is committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are valued and have a sense of belonging. Cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace is an essential piece of this commitment. Organizations achieve workplace diversity when they actively seek and employ those with a wide range of traits, experiences, and identities. Studies show that organizations that build diverse teams can attract more highly qualified candidates than those that do not.
